Nigerian Navy Commissions Healthcare Centre in Mollah, Adamawa State
The Nigerian Navy inaugurated a primary healthcare centre and solar-powered borehole in Mollah, Adamawa State, on December 6, 2025, as part of its Special Intervention Quick Impact Project. The facility, which includes essential medical services and a solar inverter system, aims to enhance civil-military cooperation and improve community healthcare access. Local leaders and community members attended the ceremony, highlighting the importance of maintaining the facility and collaborating with the Navy for collective security.

The Nigerian Navy commissioned a primary healthcare centre and solar-powered borehole in Mollah, Adamawa State, on December 6, 2025, as part of the Chief of the Naval Staff Special Intervention Quick Impact Project. The facility includes a maternity ward, general ward, consultation room, pharmacy, laboratory, and a solar inverter system.
Vice Admiral Idi Abbas, represented by Rear Admiral Adamu Yahaya, emphasized the project’s significance for civil-military cooperation and the Navy’s commitment to serving the community beyond security needs. Rear Admiral KG Levi, a local indigene, initiated the project to improve access to quality healthcare.
He acknowledged support from local and state officials and urged community members to maintain the facility and collaborate with the Navy for collective security. The ceremony was attended by local leaders and community members.
