Nigerian Navy Launches Education Project in Delta, Advocates Civil-Military Collaboration
The Nigerian Navy's Chief of Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Emmanuel Ogalla, has initiated a school renovation project to bolster community development and civil-military cooperation. The project aims to enhance educational facilities in Agbor, Delta State, reflecting the Navy's commitment to broader societal contributions.

Vice Admiral Emmanuel Ogalla, Chief of Naval Staff of the Nigerian Navy, emphasized the importance of civil-military cooperation during the commissioning of a school renovation project in Agbor, Delta State. The initiative includes the renovation of Igue Primary School, built in 1945, along with improvements such as perimeter fencing and a borehole.
Ogalla highlighted the significance of the CNS-QIP initiative in promoting community development through strategic projects across Nigeria. Rear Admiral Emmanuel Ogboi Nmoyem facilitated this project, enhancing educational conditions for local pupils. The event was attended by local dignitaries who acknowledged the Navy's positive impact on the community.
