NIOB Confirms 1.5 km Extension of Pegmatite System at Seigneurie Project
North American Niobium and Critical Minerals Corp. has successfully delineated a pegmatite-syenite system at its Seigneurie project in Québec, confirming an extension of at least 1.5 kilometers. The results from nine drill holes indicate significant mineralization potential for niobium and rare earth elements, necessitating further assays to evaluate the full extent of the resource.
North American Niobium and Critical Minerals Corp. has completed a drill program at the Seigneurie project, confirming a pegmatite-syenite system extending over 1.5 kilometers. The program included nine holes totaling 1,963 meters, with pegmatite intersected in seven holes.
Significant results include SGN-2026-006, which returned 53.05 meters of pegmatitic syenite, and SGN-2026-004, which confirmed over 18 meters of pegmatite. Assays are pending for all holes, and the exploration suggests additional potential beyond the currently confirmed areas. The system's extent beneath 120 meters of overburden indicates further exploration may be warranted, particularly given the historical radiometric anomaly corroborated by recent findings.
