Đà Nẵng has announced investment projects for the 2026-2030 period, focusing on tourism, education, and infrastructure. Key projects include a tourism resort near the Thu Bồn River and a 300ha tourism-agriculture complex in Hiệp Đức. A 123ha golf course will also be developed. In education, five vocational institutions are planned to train 2,000 students annually. Infrastructure will include a 197,017m2 pedestrian street and a 1,975,687m2 botanical park, with technology developments featuring a data center and office complex in the tech park.
