Nosh Robotics has launched the Nosh One cooking robot on Kickstarter, designed to prepare over 500 dishes from prepped ingredients. Users can control it via touchscreen or app, but manual tasks like washing, cutting, and seasoning remain necessary.

The system uses AI for ingredient recognition and cooking timing, notifying users when meals are ready. Priced at $1,499 for early backers and $2,000 afterward, it also requires an annual subscription for recipe access. The Nosh One is aimed at those who meal plan and prefer standardized cooking, with U.S. deliveries expected to begin in April.
