On June 18, the National Solidarity and Peacemaking Negotiation Committee (NSPNC) met with the United Wa State Army (UWSA) in Panghsang, Wa Self-Administered Region, led by Lt. Gen. Yar Pyae and UWSA Vice Chairman U Zhao Guoan respectively.
