NUBURU Inc. completed the acquisition of Lyocon S.r.l., an Italian laser manufacturing company, through Nuburu Subsidiary Inc. This acquisition establishes NUBURU's blue-laser industrial business with operational revenue and capabilities across various sectors.

Lyocon operates within a segment of the global industrial laser market valued over $20 billion, focusing on applications where blue-laser technology outperforms infrared solutions. NUBURU plans to pursue a dual-use strategy, extending applications into defense and security.

Following the acquisition, Lyocon's governance includes Dario Barisoni as Chairman and Executive Director. Lyocon will showcase its technology at the SPIE Optics & Photonics exhibition in San Diego in August 2026.
