Ohio and Angola Formalize Partnership Under State Partnership Program

Ohio has officially entered into a partnership with Angola through the State Partnership Program (SPP), following the signing of a letter of intent by Governor Mike DeWine and Angola's Minister of Defense. The initiative, coordinated by the Ohio National Guard, focuses on improving communication and collaboration in areas including medical readiness, cybersecurity, emergency management, and leadership development.
This partnership complements existing SPP relationships with Hungary and Serbia, aiming for sustained engagement and mutual understanding. The collaborative efforts may enhance institutional strength and professional connections, benefiting both Ohio and Angola.
