Oleksandr Bornyakov Appointed Acting Minister of Digital Transformation in Ukraine
Oleksandr Bornyakov has been appointed as the acting Minister of Digital Transformation in Ukraine, having previously served in the Ministry since 2019. He has played a key role in initiatives such as the Diia.City project and PayPal's market entry, and will focus on aligning Ukraine's digital policy with EU standards, advancing AI and DefenseTech, and fostering a venture ecosystem. Bornyakov aims to continue promoting innovation and digital integration within the country.
