Oleksandr Bornyakov has been appointed acting Minister of Digital Transformation in Ukraine. He joined the Ministry in 2019 and has been instrumental in various initiatives, including the Diia.City project, PayPal's market entry, and the Ukrainian Startup Fund.

Under his leadership, the Ministry aims to align Ukraine's digital policy with EU standards, develop AI and DefenseTech, and foster a venture ecosystem through the Diia.City Invest initiative. Bornyakov will continue efforts to promote innovation and digital integration in Ukraine.
