Oracle Launches Defense Industrial Base Isolated Cloud for Secure Collaboration
Oracle introduces the Defense Industrial Base Isolated Cloud Environment to enhance secure collaboration among defense contractors. This initiative aims to improve program timelines and effectiveness for U.S. military operations.

Oracle has launched the Defense Industrial Base Isolated Cloud Environment to facilitate secure collaboration at both Secret and Top-Secret levels among defense contractors. This deployment enables the integration of on-premises classified environments into Oracle Cloud Infrastructure while adhering to the boundaries of SIPRNet and JWICS.
The cloud platform is currently undergoing security evaluations, including third-party assessments, with provisional authorization expected by summer 2026 for Secret-level operations, followed by Top Secret clearance. The initiative is critical for maintaining U.S. technological superiority in defense amid global competition.
