Orion Government Services, LLC has received a construction contract for the Sargent Beach Stabilization and Beach Nourishment project in Texas. This project, managed by the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and supported by GLO, Matagorda County, and the Port of Bay City Authority, aims to combat high erosion rates in Sargent Beach.

The project includes constructing a rock terminal groin and five nearshore rock breakwaters, along with a beach nourishment effort involving approximately 1 million cubic yards of material. Total estimated cost is $86 million, with completion anticipated by July 2027.
