Oxbridge Re Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: OXBR) reported a net income of $176,000 for Q2 2026, a notable recovery from a loss of $1.87 million in the same quarter of 2025. The company launched AI GridWorks, a subsidiary focused on developing AI data centers, as part of its strategy to expand into AI infrastructure.
Cash and cash equivalents reached $19.82 million, up from $6.98 million at the end of 2025. The performance of SurancePlus's tokenized reinsurance offerings exceeded expectations, with annualized returns of 29.3% and 43.4% for its EtaCat Re and ZetaCat Re products.
