Pakistan Nears $1.5Bn Weapons and Jets Deal with Sudan

Pakistan is finalizing a $1.5 billion deal to provide Sudan with 10 Karakoram-8 light attack aircraft, over 200 drones, and advanced air defense systems. This assistance aims to strengthen Sudan's army against the Rapid Support Forces in an ongoing conflict that has caused a humanitarian crisis.
The deal reflects Pakistan's growing defense sector, following a $4 billion arms deal with Libya. Additionally, Pakistan is in talks with Bangladesh regarding a defense agreement, further expanding its military export activities.
