Palfinger has partnered with ICON to enhance large-size robotics and digital manufacturing for construction. The collaboration will investigate robotic 3D printing to improve efficiency, safety, and sustainability.

Palfinger's Special Lifting Solutions will facilitate the precision and stability needed for large-scale robotic 3D printing. Together, they will develop the Titan system, capable of automated printing of structures up to 27 feet tall, designed for continuous operation. Initial prototypes have been tested successfully, demonstrating reduced costs and faster execution compared to traditional methods.
