Parshu Tactical Defence has successfully conducted sea trials for its indigenous AI-powered Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV), underscoring India's increasing focus on maritime defense modernization. The USV demonstrated a range exceeding 500 kilometers and a payload capacity of over 300 kilograms, suitable for missions including surveillance and reconnaissance.
It incorporates Level-4 autonomy with multi-sensor fusion for enhanced operational capabilities. The vessel is constructed from recyclable materials, designed for resilience in sea state 5 conditions, and features hybrid propulsion for silent operations.
This development aligns with India's initiative to bolster indigenous defense systems, positioning the country as a competitive player in the global unmanned maritime systems market.
