Parsons Acquires Altamira Technologies for $330M to Enhance ISR Capabilities
Parsons Corporation has acquired Altamira Technologies Corporation for $330 million to enhance its intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities. The acquisition adds around 600 employees and positions Parsons to expand its presence in the intelligence community market, with potential total payments reaching $375 million based on profit targets. Parsons expects Altamira to generate over $200 million in revenue by 2026, aligning with its national security growth strategy.

Parsons Corporation has acquired Altamira Technologies Corporation for $330 million, aiming to enhance its offerings in intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR). The deal, announced Thursday, adds approximately 600 employees and positions Parsons to target a larger share of the intelligence community market.
An additional $45 million may be paid in early 2027 based on profit targets, raising the total value to $375 million. Parsons anticipates that Altamira will generate over $200 million in revenue in 2026. The acquisition aligns with Parsons' national security growth strategy and focuses on faster technology fielding for U.S. defense and intelligence sectors.
