Pateo Secures Designation for AI Cockpit Solution Using Horizon Starry Chip
Pateo has received a designation from a major NEV manufacturer to supply an AI cockpit solution based on the Horizon Starry chip. This collaboration represents a significant advancement in the integration of AI technology into new energy vehicles, highlighting the industry's confidence in domestic chip development.

Pateo's designation from a leading new-energy vehicle manufacturer highlights the integration of the Horizon Starry chip into a high-end AI cockpit solution. Launched in April, the Starry chip aims to unify smart driving and cockpit systems, reducing hardware footprint by approximately 50% and cutting costs by 1,500 to 4,000 yuan per vehicle.
This development will decrease the delivery cycle for intelligent vehicle functions from 18 months to 8. The collaboration between Horizon Robotics and Pateo validates a model of 'chip foundation plus full-stack integration,' facilitating the mass production of advanced intelligent vehicle agents. The partnership is expected to enhance R&D efforts and accelerate deployment in the market.
