Led by CEO Charles Melcher, the partnership aims to enhance nuclear supply chains through a unified business model offering engineered solutions for contamination control, radiation shielding, and decontamination.

While each company will maintain independent operations, they will collaborate to provide a comprehensive range of products. This initiative aligns with advances in nuclear energy technology and an increasing demand for electric grid support. The partnership builds on Pelican Energy Partners' previous establishment of a fund dedicated to advancing nuclear services, reinforcing the domestic supply chain for the U.S. nuclear sector.
