PennAero has completed the acquisition of TriMas Corporation's aerospace assets, merging two manufacturers to enhance its capabilities in the aerospace, defense, space, and advanced energy markets. This acquisition significantly expands PennAero's portfolio and engineering expertise.

The brands joining PennAero include Monogram Aerospace Fasteners, Allfast Fastening Systems, Mac Fasteners, TFI Aerospace, Martinic Engineering, RSA Engineered Products, Weldmac Manufacturing Company, and TAG. The partnership is supported by Tinicum, L.P. and Blackstone, Inc., aiming for long-term growth and investment in critical applications.
