Pennsylvania Army National Guard Advances New Readiness Center in Union Township
The Pennsylvania Army National Guard is moving forward with plans to relocate its operations to a new readiness center in Union Township, following a stormwater compliance submission for the site. The new facility, to be built on a 27-acre property, will replace the outdated Frank Avenue location and will include a readiness center, storage building, and parking. Approval for the consolidation of five lots is currently pending from township supervisors.

The consolidation of five lots is pending approval from township supervisors. The property was previously rented and was purchased by the state for military use.
