Performance Shipping Inc. has announced the naming and delivery of the M/T P. Marseille, the third vessel in its newbuilding program, constructed at Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co. Ltd. in China.

The M/T P. Marseille, a 114,000 DWT LNG-ready Tier III product/crude oil tanker, follows the M/T P. Massport and M/T P.

Tokyo. All three vessels have secured five-year time charter contracts with Clearlake Shipping Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of the Gunvor Group. The M/T P.

Marseille commenced operations under this contract upon delivery. One LR1 chemical/product tanker is still under construction, scheduled for delivery in early 2027. The completion of the three LR2 vessels supports the company's strategy to expand its fleet with modern, efficient tonnage.
