Perimeter Reports Increased EBITDA and Plans $30M-$40M Capex Amid DLA Delivery Growth
Perimeter anticipates a ramp-up in Defense Logistics Agency deliveries in the second half of 2026 while planning capital expenditures between $30 million and $40 million. The company reported a 34% year-over-year increase in year-to-date adjusted EBITDA, despite challenges in production and federal contract pricing.

Perimeter's second quarter adjusted EBITDA was $105.6 million, a 16% increase from the previous year, with total year-to-date adjusted EBITDA reaching $146.7 million. The company faced challenges due to reduced foam deliveries to the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and ongoing production issues at its Sauget, Illinois facility.
Despite these hurdles, the acquisition of a Fire Safety business unit aims to enhance detection and notification capabilities and secure ongoing aftermarket revenue. Risks include potential volatility in Fire Safety volumes and contract execution with DLA, which may impact future earnings.
