PGN Reports US$ 31.33 Million Capex in Q1 2026, Focuses on Infrastructure Development
PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk (PGN) has executed US$ 31.33 million in capital expenditure in Q1 2026, primarily targeting exploration and production. This selective spending reflects PGN's strategic focus on enhancing its business fundamentals and ensuring reliable energy supply amidst ongoing operational dynamics.

In Q1 2026, PGN allocated US$ 31.33 million in capital expenditure, with US$ 17.53 million directed to exploration and production. The company plans to invest a total of US$ 353 million for the year, with US$ 219 million earmarked for infrastructure development including pipelines and CNG/LNG projects.
Despite a 3.82% decline in revenue to US$ 929.56 million, PGN reported a net profit of US$ 90.44 million, a 45.84% increase year-on-year. Operationally, gas distribution volume reached 777 billion BBTUD, supported by a 99.9% infrastructure reliability rate. These figures indicate PGN's commitment to maintaining profitability and stability in its operations amid market fluctuations.
