Photonis Defense, a subsidiary of Exosens, has received a firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract from the U.S. Army Contracting Command, valued at up to $352.6 million, for the development, production, and testing of the Binocular Night Observation Device (BiNOD).

The contract is set to be completed by February 27, 2033, following a competitive selection involving six bidders. This award signifies a key milestone in Exosens' strategy to expand within the U.S. night vision market, supported by its new production facility in Sturbridge, Massachusetts, enhancing its capabilities to meet U.S. Army requirements.
