Pioneer Minerals Reveals Gallium Potential at Springfield Project in Idaho
Pioneer Minerals has identified high-grade gallium at its Springfield prospect, enhancing the project's economic viability alongside tungsten. This multi-commodity approach positions Pioneer favorably for potential US funding opportunities amid rising demand for critical minerals.

Pioneer Minerals has confirmed significant gallium mineralization at the Springfield prospect, part of the North Pine project in Idaho, which could create an additional revenue stream. This discovery, alongside robust tungsten assays, positions Pioneer strategically to attract US funding, particularly as domestic gallium supply remains limited and dominated by China.
Gallium values were found exceeding 120ppm Ga₂O₃, indicating it exists in a separate mineral phase from tungsten. Ongoing studies will evaluate gallium recovery pathways and the mineral's distribution.
An electromagnetic survey is scheduled for completion by May to aid in further exploration. Historical data shows previous tungsten production from the site, with plans to reopen access routes for exploration crews.
