Pitchdrive Closes €60M Fund IV to Invest in AI-Native Startups
Pitchdrive has raised €60 million for its fourth fund, focusing on early-stage AI-native startups across Europe. The fund, backed entirely by private investors, aims for 25 to 30 investments ranging from €250,000 to €3 million each, emphasizing operational support and concentrated portfolio management.

Pitchdrive has successfully closed its fourth fund at €60 million, surpassing its €50 million target and maintaining a fully private investment base. The fund will target approximately 25 to 30 early-stage startups, focusing on those that are AI-native or significantly influenced by AI technologies.
The investment strategy includes sectors such as AI-native software products, AI-enabled business categories, and software-driven physical industries like robotics and mobility. Pitchdrive has previously invested in 70 startups and reported that its earlier funds rank in the top 10% globally.
The firm is committed to a hands-on investment approach, which necessitated a smaller fund size, allowing for deeper engagement with portfolio companies. As AI increasingly shapes the venture landscape, the challenge for Pitchdrive will be to maintain its selective investment strategy while navigating rising demand.
