Plenitude Completes 330 MW Renopool Solar Project in Spain
Plenitude has commenced full operations at the Renopool photovoltaic plant in Spain, achieving a total capacity of 330 MW. This project, featuring a 200 MW southern block, is significant for the company's renewable energy portfolio, which totals approximately 1.8 GW across the country.

Plenitude's Renopool photovoltaic project in Solana de los Barros, Badajoz, is now fully operational, with a total capacity of 330 MW. The southern block, contributing 200 MW, began operations following the northern plant's activation in June 2025.
The project, which includes around 565,000 bifacial modules, is expected to generate approximately 670 GWh annually. Construction, initiated in February 2024, adhered to a two-year timeline and positively impacted local employment.
Archaeological findings were preserved during development, ensuring compliance with heritage protection requirements. Additionally, biodiversity initiatives are in place through partnerships with Fundación Funpasos and the University of Extremadura. Plenitude's engagement in Extremadura's renewable sector reflects its commitment to sustainable development.
