PMCK Reports RM5.76M Profit; Citaglobal Secures 200MW Solar PPA in Pahang
PMCK reported a second-quarter net profit of RM5.76 million on revenue of RM25.42 million, announcing a first interim dividend of 0.12 sen per share. For the six months ending October 31, the group achieved a net profit of RM6.60 million with revenue of RM47.18 million.
Citaglobal's consortium secured a 21-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) for a 200MW solar project in Pahang, set to commence operations in March 2028. Kimlun Corp won three construction contracts in Johor Baru totaling RM617.73 million, with completion dates from Q2 2028 to Q4 2028.
CBH Engineering obtained a RM130 million contract for a data center extension in southern Peninsular Malaysia, to be executed in three phases. Hextar Global signed agreements to acquire three fertilizer companies for RM120 million.
Solarvest is acquiring a 22% stake in Solar District Cooling Group for RM41.96 million. PetGas' subsidiary will prepay up to US$173.64 million in jetty usage charges at the Pengerang LNG terminal. Jasa Kita plans to acquire a 55% stake in SPPH Eco Biomass Resources for RM38.34 million.
