Poland and US Strengthen Military Space Cooperation
On July 7, 2026, Poland and the United States formalized military cooperation in space, enhancing defense capabilities. The partnership aims to improve missile tracking, satellite communication, and GPS interference mitigation.

A Statement of Intent was signed between Poland's Ministry of National Defense and the U.S. Space Force, expanding upon 2023 collaboration frameworks. This agreement focuses on military satellite communication, Space Situational Awareness, NAVWAR, and missile warning systems.
U.S. support includes training, exercises, and interoperability enhancements. Discussions also covered Poland's development of its space capabilities through the ARGUS and COS initiatives. The collaboration emphasizes contributions to NATO's eastern flank security and establishes a strategic military cooperation framework in space.
