Pontivy Residents Adopt Solar Energy with Group Installation Initiative
Nine households in Pontivy have transitioned to solar energy through a collective installation initiative, highlighting a growing trend in renewable energy adoption. The project promotes energy efficiency awareness while providing financial incentives for participants.

Nine households in Pontivy have installed photovoltaic panels as part of a collective initiative, aiming to utilize solar energy and reduce electricity costs. Participants can expect to recoup their investment in six to seven years, with the solar production directly offsetting their electricity bills.
The initiative, facilitated by Codev Triskell Citoyen, includes educational workshops on energy consumption, encouraging residents to actively monitor and manage their energy use. A second group order for additional solar panels is planned for September, indicating ongoing community interest in renewable energy solutions.
