Praesidian Capital has sold Reel Power International Corp. to StoneTree Investment Partners. Praesidian partnered with Dubin Clark in 2023 to enhance Reel Power's operational strategy, resulting in an expanded automation portfolio, LEAN workflow improvements, and a structured aftermarket program to boost recurring revenue.

The company added engineering resources and increased production capacity to meet demand in wire and cable, energy, marine, and defense sectors. Mesirow acted as the exclusive financial advisor for the transaction.
