Cmde Rajat Manchanda, IN (Retd.), also promoted to Executive Director, previously held the position of CGM (Planning - SVL & ASWSWC) and has 28 years of experience in the Indian Navy and strategic project management.

Cdr Manoj Kumar Gupta, IN (Retd.), has been promoted to Chief General Manager (CC, HP & IP) from GM, where he oversaw contracts, hull planning, and in-plant operations. Mr. Dilip Kumar Jagattar Singh is now General Manager (DEP Ranchi Unit - GRSE), managing diesel engine projects and operations at the Ranchi Unit.
