QazaqGaz and UCC Complete Pre-FEED for Second Gas Processing Plant at Kashagan, Kazakhstan
QazaqGaz and Qatar's UCC Holding have completed the pre-FEED stage for a second gas processing plant at the Kashagan field in Kazakhstan, with an annual capacity of 2.5 billion cubic meters. The project, under an intergovernmental agreement, is set to progress to the FEED stage. The cost has been determined but remains undisclosed. The first gas processing plant, with a capacity of 1 billion cubic meters per year, is scheduled for completion by mid-2026.
