Quang Tri Province Secures $7.4 Billion in Investment Commitments
Quang Tri Province, Vietnam, has secured investment commitments of VND194.58 trillion ($7.4 billion), including five foreign-funded projects totaling VND9.117 trillion ($346 million). This investment includes 29 projects with a total pledged capital of VND118.777 trillion ($4.5 billion), indicating a substantial influx of foreign interest and potential economic growth in the region.

Quang Tri Province announced investment commitments amounting to VND194.58 trillion ($7.4 billion) during an investment promotion conference. The commitments include five foreign-funded projects valued at VND9.117 trillion ($346 million) alongside 29 projects approved with a total capital of VND118.777 trillion ($4.5 billion).
The conference introduced significant initiatives such as the Quang Trach III LNG power plant and various tourism and industrial developments. Future planning includes establishing three economic corridors and improving infrastructure. Quang Tri aims to foster a service-oriented government and enhance investment transparency, which may attract further foreign investment.
