Realbotix Corp. has signed an asset purchase agreement to sell its Tokens.com domain portfolio to Bed Bath & Beyond, Inc. for $2.245 million. The agreement, dated January 7, 2026, includes the sale of the main Tokens.com domain and related assets such as TokensArt.com and TokensGaming.com.

The transaction is expected to close on or about April 1, 2026, subject to standard closing conditions. Payment will be structured with $1.5 million at closing, followed by $372,500 due by August 31, 2026, and a final payment of $272,500 on or before January 31, 2027. This sale allows Realbotix to focus on its core AI and humanoid robotics initiatives and does not involve any transfer of operating businesses or liabilities.
