REalloys Secures Long-Term HREE offtake Agreement with Critical Metals for Tanbreez Project
REalloys has signed a definitive long-term offtake agreement with Critical Metals for 15% of the Tanbreez Project's Phase 1 production. This agreement is pivotal for establishing a U.S.-aligned heavy rare earth supply to meet growing defense and industrial demands.

REalloys Inc. has entered a definitive long-term offtake agreement with Critical Metals Corp., covering 15% of monthly Phase 1 production from the Tanbreez Project, with an initial term of 15 years. The agreement specifies that Critical Metals has a nameplate capacity of 15,000 metric tons of rare earth concentrate per annum.
The agreement was executed on May 20, 2026, and it replaces a previous non-binding letter of intent. Notably, the Tanbreez deposit is among the largest known heavy rare earth element sources globally, crucial for high-temperature permanent magnets.
This deal enhances REalloys' strategy to supply the U.S. Department of Defense and other federal entities, amid impending restrictions on Chinese rare earth content.
