Recydel's Wandre Site to Enhance Fire Prevention and Water Management by 2031
Recydel is investing in fire prevention and water management at its Wandre site, with a project completion target of 2031. The initiative includes six phases, focusing on infrastructure improvements to enhance safety and environmental management.

Recydel's project at the Wandre site is set to implement comprehensive water management and fire prevention measures by 2031, structured in six phases. Key developments encompass a 1,700 cubic meter stormwater basin, a 300 cubic meter firefighting water reserve, and an internal wastewater treatment facility.
Upgrades to fire detection systems in waste storage areas will be executed, alongside noise mitigation strategies such as a vegetated berm and improved storage organization. No new production lines will be introduced, indicating no expansion of site operations. These measures are aimed at reducing environmental impacts and enhancing safety protocols.
