Red River Army Depot Implements Process Based Leadership Model with Competitive Solutions, Inc.
Red River Army Depot has begun full implementation of the Process Based Leadership (PBL) model, following a year of collaboration with Competitive Solutions, Inc. The PBL model aims to improve performance, communication, and organizational accountability.
It focuses on strengthening consistency in operations and creating a culture of early problem identification. Training is ongoing for all team members, with completion expected by year-end. The PBL structure is designed to enhance communication between teams, share high-performing practices, and improve efficiency in support of the joint warfighter. The depot, established in 1941, is committed to delivering maintenance and manufacturing services on schedule.
