Red River Army Depot in Texas has initiated full implementation of the Process Based Leadership (PBL) model, following a year of collaboration with Competitive Solutions, Inc. The initiative aims to improve performance, communication, and accountability across the organization. PBL focuses on enhancing consistency in industrial operations and fostering a culture of early problem identification. Training for all team members is ongoing, with complete implementation expected by the end of the year.
