Redhawk Federal Solutions Acquires Twenty8 to Enhance Data Interoperability and AI Capabilities
Redhawk Federal Solutions has acquired Twenty8 to enhance its data interoperability and AI/ML technology offerings. The deal follows a prior investment from Genesis Park. Twenty8, based in Falls Church, Virginia, has generated approximately $8.1 million in unclassified prime contract revenue in the last year, with the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency as its sole customer.

Redhawk Federal Solutions has announced the acquisition of Twenty8 to integrate data interoperability and artificial intelligence/machine learning capabilities into its services. The financial terms of the transaction remain undisclosed.
Twenty8, located in Falls Church, Virginia, has reported around $8.1 million in unclassified prime contract revenue over the past 12 months, serving exclusively the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. This acquisition comes after Redhawk received an investment from Genesis Park, a Houston-based firm, which manages $575 million for small business investments.
