Reganosa Appointed Project Management Consultant for LNG Terminal in Dakar, Senegal
Reganosa has been contracted by ELTON Logistics and Services to oversee the construction of a liquefied natural gas terminal in Dakar, Senegal. This project aims to enhance energy security and diversify the energy matrix in Senegal. The terminal will feature a floating storage unit and onshore regasification facilities. The project is divided into two phases, with Reganosa managing the technical aspects during engineering, construction, and commissioning.

Reganosa has secured a contract as project management consultant for an LNG import terminal in Dakar, Senegal, developed by ELTON Logistics and Services. The terminal will include a 137,000 cubic meter floating storage unit, quay, onshore regasification facilities, truck loading bays, and two submarine gas pipelines.
The project is structured in two phases, with the first phase enabling earlier gas supply through modular regasification. Reganosa will supervise the project’s engineering, construction, and commissioning, ensuring compliance with technical requirements and quality standards. This contract enhances Reganosa's presence in Africa and reinforces its role in managing complex infrastructure projects.
