This includes $495 million for a Component Remanufacturing Facility, $280.6 million for a Small Arms Warehouse, and $69.5 million for a Vehicle Paint Shop. Additionally, $60 million is allocated to replace buildings 293, 294, and 295. An extra $82 million is designated for an access control point and a general-purpose warehouse, bringing the total investment to over $1 billion.
