Revitalization Unlimited plans to develop a 20-story data center in downtown Kansas City, Missouri, at the site of the Western Newspaper Union Building. The proposed facility would stand 384 feet tall, with 30MW capacity and 142,085 sq ft of space, including ground-floor retail. The existing three-story building will be demolished, and the project is in the community feedback stage. Revitalization aims to preserve historic features while enhancing the site's viability.

Revitalization Unlimited proposes a 20-story data center development at 304 W. 10th Street in Kansas City, Missouri. The planned 384-foot facility will replace the existing three-story Western Newspaper Union Building.
The new structure will encompass 142,085 sq ft, with 18 floors dedicated to data center operations and ground-floor retail. Equipped with natural gas fuel cells, the project aims to gather community feedback before a final decision. Revitalization acquired the site in January, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and may require special-use permits for demolition.
