Rheinmetall and Nooteboom Trailers B.V. have established a cooperation to develop and market military Heavy Equipment Trailers (HET). This partnership combines Nooteboom's civil transport experience with Rheinmetall's defense capabilities, responding to the rising demand for military off-road transport in Europe.

The project will support the production of HET trailers in Romania, aiming to enhance military mobility amid large-scale NATO procurement initiatives. Rheinmetall's manufacturing expertise and market access will complement Nooteboom's advanced transport technologies, leading to integrated solutions for transporting heavy military vehicles.
