Richtech Robotics Appoints CBIZ CPAs P.C. as Independent Auditor for Fiscal Year 2026
Richtech Robotics Inc. has appointed CBIZ CPAs P.C. as its independent auditor for fiscal year 2026, effective immediately. The decision followed a thorough evaluation by the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors on March 17, 2026. CBIZ replaces the previous auditor, Bush & Associates, and will oversee the financial statements for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, along with quarterly reviews for March and June 2026.
