Riyadh Cement Signs SAR 59.4M Contract for Natural Gas Conversion with Chengdu Design & Research Institute
Riyadh Cement Co. has signed a SAR 59.4 million contract with Chengdu Design & Research Institute for a natural gas conversion project as part of the Liquid Fuel Displacement Program. This initiative aims to improve fuel efficiency and operational reliability, supporting Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 goals. The contractor has begun work on-site following an advance payment.

Riyadh Cement Co. signed a SAR 59.4 million contract with Chengdu Design & Research Institute for a natural gas conversion project under the Liquid Fuel Displacement Program. This engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract aims to enhance fuel consumption efficiency and operational reliability, contributing to production stability and cost reduction.
The project aligns with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 and the objectives of the Liquid Fuel Displacement Program, supported by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources. The contractor has commenced work on-site, and an advance payment has been made as per the contract terms.
