RoboSense Supplies Active Camera Series to European Humanoid Robotics Company
RoboSense has received an order for its Active Camera series, set for mass production by 2026, from a major European humanoid robotics firm. This order highlights the growing demand for advanced sensory technologies in robotics, particularly for enhanced mobility and precision tasks.

RoboSense's Active Camera (AC) series, including the AC1 and AC2 products, is set for mass production and delivery by 2026 following an order from a leading European humanoid robotics firm. The AC2, which debuted at IROS 2025, features solid-state dToF LiDAR, a binocular RGB camera, and an IMU, providing hardware-level 3D spatial perception and ±5mm accuracy.
It captures high-resolution 1600x1200 RGB images and has a wide field of view of 120°x90°. The AI-Ready ecosystem supports various platforms and offers open-source tools for pose estimation and human recognition.
The compact design allows for flexible mounting on various robotic forms, enhancing operational efficiency. The partnership indicates a significant market trend towards integrating sophisticated sensory systems in robotics.
