ROSI Secures €20 Million Funding for Industrial Expansion and New Facility in Spain
ROSI has obtained over €20 million in Series B funding to enhance its industrial deployment and establish a new plant in Spain. This investment focuses on recycling photovoltaic panels, aiming to recover high-purity materials and reduce Europe's reliance on critical raw materials.

ROSI has successfully raised over €20 million in Series B funding from international investors to accelerate its industrialization efforts. The financing will support the construction of a new facility in Teruel, Spain, with an annual capacity of 10,000 tonnes for recycling end-of-life photovoltaic panels.
Key investors include InnoEnergy, CMA CGM, and G3T. The future plant is part of the INSPIRE-PV project, backed by the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency, and aims to establish a circular supply chain within the EU.
The company also appointed Thierry Galvez as director of ROSI Alpes to enhance operational performance. The growing demand for recycled materials, particularly as millions of photovoltaic modules reach end-of-life by 2050, presents a significant market opportunity for ROSI's innovative recycling process.
