RTX's Raytheon ELCAN has secured a contract to deliver customized Specter® DR 1-4x sights for the German Armed Forces. This production agreement advances Germany's soldier system modernization and reflects rising European demand, with over 100,000 sights ordered since August 2024 across several countries.
