Russia Initiates Recruitment for Unmanned Systems Forces Operators and Technicians
The Russian Defense Ministry is actively recruiting UAV operators, engineers, and technicians for its Unmanned Systems Forces, emphasizing the need for candidates with advanced analytical skills and military experience. Applicants can practice on FPV drone simulators at recruitment centers, and successful candidates will undergo specialized training after signing a minimum one-year contract, with the option for performance bonuses and guaranteed discharge upon contract completion.

The Russian Defense Ministry is recruiting UAV operators, engineers, technicians, and other specialists for its Unmanned Systems Forces. Candidates can practice on an FPV drone simulator at recruitment centers nationwide.
The ministry emphasizes the need for advanced analytical skills, spatial recognition, fine motor skills, and computer proficiency. Priority is given to those with military experience, particularly in aviation, special forces, and reconnaissance, as well as drone pilots and IT specialists.
Successful candidates will undergo a selection process and receive specialized training after signing a minimum one-year contract. New servicemen will operate various drones and may qualify for performance bonuses, with guaranteed discharge upon contract expiration if they choose not to re-enlist.
