Russian Defense Ministry's Claims on Ukraine Successes Disputed by Z-channel Rybar
The Russian Defense Ministry continues to report unverified territorial gains in Ukraine, notably the capture of Borovaya. However, significant evidence indicates that Russian advancements have stalled, with only 29 square kilometers gained in May, a stark decline from earlier months.

The Russian Defense Ministry's reports of territorial successes in Ukraine, including the claimed capture of Borovaya, have been contradicted by major Z-channel Rybar. Ukrainian forces have reportedly regained control of Borovaya, undermining the Ministry's claims.
In May, Russian troops occupied just 29 square kilometers, a sharp decline from previous months where they seized up to 245 square kilometers. The slowdown is attributed to intensified Ukrainian attacks on Russian logistics, necessitating an average of 36 assaults for every square kilometer captured. This trend indicates a significant operational challenge for Russian forces.
